Will my SUMO Appointments remain in Salesforce as tasks or events?
- SUMO 4 (Fall 2015) includes a Calendar Sync tool that syncs “SUMO Appointments <-> Salesforce Events”.
- Once on SUMO 4, you must turn on Calendar Sync, and going forward from this data forward, then all SUMO Appointments will also be created as Salesforce Events.
- Therefore, upon canceling or uninstalling SUMO Scheduler, while your SUMO Appointments will no longer be accessible, your Salesforce Events will if you maintain a Salesforce license.
Is there an option to retain a few licenses, so I do not lose access to my data?
- Yes, we have a 15 license minimum, so as long as you maintain a subscription to a min of 15 licenses, then you will maintain access to SUMO Scheduler and all of your data.
