There are two options:

• Force.com Sites Usage Reporting – You can install this free AppExchange Application and try the included reports & dashboard.  This help article can give you some guidance.
• Create Your Own Report – You can also create a custom report yourself.  This will require creating a custom report-type.  You may log-a-case with SUMO Support if you need assistance here.
