In addition to creating a Personal Scheduling Link for yourself, you can create a Team Scheduling Link. When people click on this link they are taken to the same Self-Scheduling Site, but the WHO step is hidden, and SUMO will automatically assign the appointment to a provider on the team that is available.
Setup Instructions
- Login to SUMO Desktop
- On the far right of the tab menu at the top, click on “SUMO Help”.
- Choose the Admin Video Tutorials and choose the Self-Scheduling Site Videos.
- Scroll down to find this video.
